These terms govern your use of locksnchains.com and any purchase you make from Jokander AB, trading as Locks N Chains (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We design and hand-make custom, laser-engraved stainless steel accessories — padlocks, chains, dog tags and body harnesses. Each item is engraved to order. Because products are made by hand, slight variations in finish are normal and are not defects.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable VAT where relevant. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

4. Custom and engraved items

Engraved and personalised items are made specifically for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the text, spelling and design you submit. We engrave exactly what you provide. Personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where the item is faulty or not as described (see our Return & Refund Policy).

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are paid by the customer and calculated at checkout. Delivery times and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — images, text, logos and designs — is owned by Jokander AB and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

Our products are fashion accessories intended for personal wear and display. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
