We ship Locks N Chains pieces worldwide from Stockholm, Sweden.

Processing time

Every item is engraved and made to order by hand. Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 5–10 business days. During busy periods or for large orders, production may take a little longer — we’ll let you know if that’s the case.

Shipping costs

Shipping is paid by the customer and calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. The exact cost is shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery times vary by destination:

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days
  • Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees; customs and local postal handling can affect delivery.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost or delayed parcels
